Hey there,

I’m Estel

Born in Singapore, I started Ballet at the age of 10. I moved to Brisbane, Queensland Australia to further my pre professional training and returned home to Singapore Ballet to begin my career as an instructor in 2022.

With a holistic approach, I am passionate in empowering others to realise their true potential in mind, body and spirit. My experience has equipped me with a unique perspective and thorough knowledge of diverse strength training programs. I am well versed in assessing in client’s fitness requirements and i am proficient in class and client management.

I believe that comfort and growth can coexist within the same space. Tailored to your aspirations and vision, your fitness and wellness journey is a priority to me, driven by a commitment to excellence.

A journey that began with small steps and big dreams

  • Sharing my knowledge is a blessing and instructing is pure joy. The wisdom I gain from my clients, young and old, is priceless.

    I look forward to exploring the limitless potential of both mind and body with my clients.

  • Ballet combines grace, strength and emotion. The studio is my safe sanctuary where it allows me to tell stories and express my feelings without words.

  • Pilates laid the foundation for my peak performance as a dancer, revealing the depths of my body's potential.

    The physical and mental rewards of Pilates continue to intrigue me, shaping my well-being in every way.

  • After a year in culinary school I realised ballet was the recipe my heart truly craved, I traded chef's knives for ballet shoes.
